Happy First Post Fire Birthday to Us

Happy 1st year after fire opening. It was a year ago today that our doors opened again after 14 months of being closed. Last year in the two weeks prior to opening we were busy unpacking boxes and organizing gear. This year I am making our Easter Colomba and decorating chocolate Easter eggs. This fact is a sign of progress, we can now continue to fine tune the goodies that we make and continue to improve in all aspects of our work.
