ASIAGO MEZZANOAn imported Italian aged asiago mezzano (medium ripened) sandwich and grating cheese aged 3 - 5 months. A slightly semi-hard cheese with light beige interior that is slightly sharp with subtle hints of butterscotch. | MONTASIOFrom the alps of Friuli-Venezia, this classic mountain-style cheese is made from partially skimmed raw cow's milk. This exceptional cheese with a soft, tangy bite boasts earthy flavours of butterscotch and some mineral notes. A perfect cheese to serve your guests for a cheese plate and wine or with dinner. | MOZZARELLAMozzarella and bocconcini is a young fresh "pasta filata "cheese that is mild, slightly sweet and lactic. Its springy soft body is a perfect match for tomatoes and fresh basil drizzled with olive oil. Also excellent matches with mozzarella are anchovies, roasted red pepper and olives. |

CACIOCAVALLOA slight variation of provolone cheese, caciocavallo is a pasta filata cheese with excellent melting properties. This has more pronounced fruity flavours and becomes sharp with aging. | FONTINAFontina is a semifirm washed rind cheese from the Piemonte region of Italy with balsalmy notes of grass and nuts. This cheese is great on its own, in a fondue, on a cheese plate as well as cooking and sandwiches. | PIAVE MEZZANOThis firm ivory coloured cheese has a smooth and elastic body that is a silky and less granular and provides a pleasant alternative to Parmigiano.
