Our line of organic bread is lovingly crafted daily. We do not leaven these breads with commercial yeasts, relying solely on our own 35 year culture which we feed and maintain with respect regularly

The recepie for our cannoli is inherited from our family pastry shop in Torino, Italy. We deep fry the shells daily as well as making the ricotta filling regularly. In addition to the traditional chocolate chips and sugar, we add our own candied citrus peel and a touch of cinnamon oil for further flavour enhancement.

When we closed La Piola we kept the pasta machine that we now use regularly to make fresh noodles both for our menu dishes and for retail.
