The home run

I spent my Sunday and Monday this week making the last batch of panettone for the year. We are literally wrapping it today. It does not get fresher then this, though I like to age it a few weeks to allow the flavours to blend. It will be great for Christmas, excellent for New Years and continueing to improve into the new year. We look forward to seeing you over these next few days and extend to you all the best wishes for this festive season.
