We love this time of the year as we get to showcase our holiday specialties and greet many familiar and new faces. The store is decorated with the many of our sweet and savoury goodies like Panettone, Pandoro, Nougats of several varieties, Panforte, Chocolate covered candied orange peel, savoury Tortieres and turkey pot pies. There are several novelty items tucked around the shop, so when you come in, take your time to browse. We have several unique gift ideas for the aspiring bread maker, books and tools of the trade, including panettone moulds and fresh starter if you want to try your own (ask our staff). We have quality and colourful stovetop mochas as well as locally roasted coffee for your barista to be. Our deli and freezer cases abound with meals ready to eat and cheeses and cured meats that will provide the real Italian flavours for your entertaining soirees.
We will be closed for holidays from December 25th to January 7th so please plan ahead and call to reserve your favourite products to carry you over this period. Most everything can be frozen and will fare fabulously until we reopen, reserve by calling (250 388 4557) or email.
